Laurie

So, I have been waiting a long time for this day.

I finally met my nutrionist/trainer-Laurie Donaldson.

As all of you know, I started with Laurie last January 1st and have been meeting with her via phone calls and emails all year. And then in August when we moved to Utah, I started training with her SIL- Natalie but still meeting weekily with Laurie for counseling. She has been the greatest blessing in my life this year. I have had many ups and downs because my weight issues are 90% emotional. She is amazing with the way she knows what I need to hear, when I need to hear it. She is very close to the spirit and acts on the promptings she receives on my behalf. She has strengthened my testimony of the Word of Wisdom! She has a great knowledge of nutrition, training, the Gospel, and most importantly a love for each of her clients! There were many times I wanted to quit and just be done with eating healthy but she wouldn't let me because she knows how much I need this and her! I am so very thankful for her and how she has become an important part of my life!

She was in town to see her family for the week, and made some time to see me and train me today! There are no words to tell you or her how much gratitude I feel for her and what she has done for me(and many others)!
